About the Role
The Welder-B position requires either MIG or TIG aluminum welding on anodized or mill-stock aluminum substrates. After
the initial training period, welders will be required to perform their duties with a high degree of quality, inspect
their work and correct any defects within the given takt time. The assembly line process requires teamwork. Positions
and arranges parts and components for welding Modifies parts for fit and function as required Minimum Degree Required:
High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Degree: Welder certification preferred Basic understanding of welding
machine controls, function and ability to adjust per requirements. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: ~ Must be able to traverse
