About the Role
VDM Machine Operator We are hiring vinyl dip molding Machine Operators for our 1st shift at our Arnold, MO Facility $500
after 6 months of continuous employment $500 after 1 year of continuous employment. Reads Production Cards for product
specifications such as dimensions and tolerances. Reads other instructions such as special quality requirements,
production rates, plastisol specifications and determines sequence of operations. Adjusts process controls to proper
setting to achieve part quality, production rates, etc. Follow documented Procedures and Work Instructions as required
to perform job functions. Removes finished product with air or stripper bar. Packages finished product at end of
