About the Role
Timberland Partners Inc is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Groundskeeper for The Avery Apartment Homes located in
Farmington, Missouri. This role entails the overall upkeep of the apartment community's landscape and exterior image,
with responsibilities including cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, pools, and amenities. The ideal candidate should
have grounds keeping experience, great attention to detail, and be able to work in various weather conditions. Flexible
hours are offered, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, leading up to Labor Day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
