About the Role
APEX Restaurant and Market Solutions is the premier corporate dining and vending company. We are seeking a new employee
to join our dynamic organization. Work Monday through Friday, daytime hours. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS. We are looking for a
prep cook to help prepare recipes per the executive chef's direction. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our employees must be positive and detail oriented. They must also know and follow all sanitation and cleanliness
procedures. Proper knife handling skills is a must, and you must be ablet o follow a prep list given by the Executive
Chef. Must have a willingness to cross train at other stations and help other team members out.
