About the Role
OHM Concessions Group owns, operates and manages restaurants in airports across the United States. We pride ourselves on
excellent customer service and a fun work environment. Flexible shifts and schedules available. Prepare food for
service. Using approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard
portion control. Maintains safety standards while using knives and other food preparation equipment. Restocks and/or
breaks down workstation at the conclusion of the shift. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas,
equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met. Ability to multi-task and organizational structure.
