Medical Machine Operator
About the Role
5 day work week, 1st shift $300.21/hr, M - F 6am - 2:30pm ~ OT usually 2 Saturdays a month (6 hr shift 5am - 11am); OT
on Friday for 2nd shift (6 hr shift 2:15pm - 8:15pm) ~ Setup, layout and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills ~ Moves
controls to position tool and work piece in relation to each other, and to set specified feeds, speeds and depth of cut
~1st piece inspection (check first piece/pieces per blueprints and BOMs) ~ Observes operation of machine and verifies
conformity of machined work piece to specifications ~ Requires ability to read blueprints and precision measuring
equipment such as micrometers and calipers ~ Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervisor or
