Overview: The Maintenance Technician conducts general maintenance and repairs, and is responsible for the upkeep of the

facility. Duties include completing work orders, inspecting and maintaining the physical aspects of the property and

units, maintaining inventory, and scheduling and completing repairs. Qualifications: At least three years of previous
