About the Role

Summary of Duties Maintains City buildings including the operation, maintenance, and repair of work related. Essential

Duties and Responsibilities Completes work orders; Purchases maintenance products as needed using City purchasing card;

Performs maintenance or installation of equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems including light replacement, fence

repair, and lavatory maintenance; Maintains and repairs vehicles and equipment as needed; Removes snow and ice and

applies treatments as needed; Operates and maintains a variety of equipment including all related tools, mowers,

trimmers, leaf blowers, snow blowers, spreaders as needed. Responds to City emergencies and priorities and maintains
