About the Role

Machine Operator - Senior Level Arcosa Marine Products, Inc., is searching for a Control Process Operator that will be

based in our Caruthersville, MO plant. In this role, you will drive sustainable continuous improvements across the

Marine Business Unit, delivering breakthrough results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and cost, while building cultural

change throughout the organization. The Control Process Operator works closely with each plants leadership and

department employees to achieve results. This position requires strong technical lean manufacturing and hands-on
