About the Role
LOAD PLANNER/DISPATCHER
The Load Planner/Dispatcher is responsible for planning and coordinating daily loads for transportation vehicles while
maximizing transportation efficiency and minimizing costs. They ensure compliance with government regulations and
company policies, communicate load information to drivers and other stakeholders, monitor vehicle location and status
during transport for on time deliveries, and adjust load plans as needed to account for unexpected issues. The Load
Planner/Dispatcher must thrive with problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
