About the Role

The Industrial Maintenance Electrician Technician is responsible for supporting corrective maintenance (CM) , preventive

maintenance (PM) , and Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities to ensure equipment reliability and optimal

performance. This role focuses on achieving production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. The technician

works efficiently and safely to reduce downtime and equipment failures by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and

implementing effective solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, supporting

new equipment installations, and addressing equipment-related causes of downtime to maintain continuous and efficient
