transformation. Perform plumbing repairs, upgrades, and new installations on multifamily renovation projects Ensure all

work meets building codes and high-quality standards Sign off on permits and inspections as needed for local and state

compliance Collaborate closely with project managers and renovation crews to keep jobs on track Quarterly Performance
