The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating,
ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across properties owned and/or managed by the Housing Authority
of Kansas City. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems. •
Perform preventative maintenance. • Repair or replace components and systems as needed. • Perform refrigerant recovery,
