About the Role

Groundskeeper 1 The Groundskeeper 1 is responsible for the care and maintenance of lawns, grounds and equipment to

ensure the safe and aesthetically pleasing environment of One Cablevision Center and all other locations as deemed

necessary in the course of business. Work may include the assistance with projects outside the usual scope of corporate

grounds, but deemed projects of importance to management. Job duties and responsibilities of the position of

Groundskeeper 1 include, but are not limited to: Assurance of the maintenance and care of lawns, shrubs, trees and

plantings through mulching, aerating, pruning, weeding, grubbing, removal of thatch, trimming and edging of flower beds,
