About the Role

Job Description Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Services customers by evaluating, installing and servicing products and

equipment. CORE FUNCTIONS:  Provides installation, service, repair and instruction of use for mobility products and

equipment  Preforms service calls and deliveries based on work orders  Installation of elevators, ramps, vertical

platform lifts, patient lifts, auto lifts, and other related products  Contacts customers through the phone and in

person to provide technical service support  Thoroughly trains customers how to use the product(s) in a safe manner 

Evaluates the customers environment for effective means for installation of mobility products  Maintains warehouse
