Customer Service Dispatcher

About the Role

Transportation Dispatcher We are looking to add a Transportation Dispatcher to our Transportation Department at Metro

Park Warehouses. A Dispatcher at Metro Park will effectively communicate with customers and coordinate freight

deliveries and shipments. They will work closely with drivers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Pay: $22-$25 per hour Shift: 8 am- 4:30pm Schedule drivers to make

freight deliveries and collect shipments/packages. Communicate with customers and brokers about freight details,

delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests. Prepare dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills
