About the Role
CNC Operator The CNC Operator sets up and operates CNC equipment in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment to
produce high-quality parts. This role involves reading and following detailed work instructions, loading and unloading
parts, and performing finishing operations such as deburring, grinding, and sanding to meet strict quality standards.
Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC equipment according to production requirements and work instructions. Read,
interpret, and follow written work instructions and production documentation in a manufacturing environment. Load raw
material or parts into CNC machines and unload finished or semi-finished parts safely and efficiently. Monitor CNC
