About the Role
Job Title Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate environment according to
established community care procedures as directed by nursing leadership. Works as a collaborative member of an
interdisciplinary team that focuses on the resident as the director of their own care. Job Responsibilities 1. Maintains
residents' comfort; provides physical care with activities of daily living according to scope of practice; answers
resident's call lights and requests; reports observations of residents to the nurse 2. Handles residents' personal care
