Bus Driver

About the Role

Bus Driver - Substitute Special School District (SSD) bus drivers support students throughout St. Louis County by

ensuring they are safely transported to school daily. Your commitment to creating a welcoming climate on your bus where

students feel valued and cared for will positively impact their educational experience. By also managing student

behavior with the support of your monitor and following all safety regulations, you will help us realize our mission of

supporting and empowering students to excel to their greatest potential. Bus driver substitutes work up to 5 hours per

day, Monday through Friday, on an as-needed basis. Special School District serves nearly 25,000 students and employs
